This material is currently uncatalogued and therefore not accessible for researchers. Includes: A.W. Perry's subject files c1964-1991, as well as uncatalogued material including: capital grant admin, School development plans, project approval forms, GSA space audit, department correspondence and working files of Frank Kean (Secretary and Treasurer 1968/69 - 1992/93) and A.W. Perry (Assistant Secretary: Building 1976/77). Committee papers held within this department include - Building and Fabric Committee/Buildings and Interior Committee, Estates Committee/Estates Management Committee, Project Task Group.

These posters advertised an exhibition of work by past and present students from the School Of Design and the Mackintosh School Of Architecture at The Glasgow School Of Art. Dominating both posters is a quote from John Kenneth Galbraith who was a prominent economist during this period. The quote states "It is on the artistic not less than on the engineering and scientific excellence that economic security and economic progress now depend," The exhibition was held between The Mackintosh Museum on The Glasgow School Of Art Campus and Kelvingrove Art Gallery And Museum and ran from the 9th of February to the 1st of March 1985.

The Glasgow School of Art north elevation as it drawn as it was in 1910, without any written information about the architect, the history of the building.

The presentation sheet includes photos of some main features of the library such: pendant cluster of pierced metal lampshades, the construction of the coffered ceiling pillars and balusters. Photos' references are unknown.
