One item, a poster for Perth Theatre, was damaged in the fire in GSA's Mackintosh Building on 23rd May 2014. Paper conservation was completed in 2019.

The Edinburgh material includes: Museum of Childhood, Edinburgh University, New Town and George Street lane sales. Some negatives relate to photographs in the previous folder entitled 'Edinburgh Prints'.
