Mackay, the secretary of the Royal Technical College in Glasgow, informing Elizabeth Marion Harvey of her admission to the architecture diploma course beginning on the 26th of September 1945 at 9.15am. The letter contains information about the conditions of her admission. The 'Dear Sir' at the top of the letter has been scored out and replaced with a handwritten 'madam'. At the bottom left of the letter is written 'Mrs E. M. Harvey. Architecture Diploma Course'.
