The minutes of that meeting record the committee's remit as to:

  1. Determine the investment strategy, to be recommended to the Board

  2. Agree investment guidelines with the investment fund managers

  3. Monitor the policy and performance of the investment fund managers

  4. Monitor the execution of a recommended ethical and environmental strategy

  5. Review the overall investment management position on a regular (quarterly) basis and when necessary:

  6. Appoint new investment fund managers.
