The majority of this material was undated, and none had any GKC reference codes (the collection has been assigned the code 'COS'). However, the drawings were clearly differentiated into areas (new toilets and offices, new accommodation, etc.) and this has guided the organisation of the catalogued material.
The dated material has been grouped together, even though it involves various areas of the building - it is hoped that by grouping these dated drawings and plans together, the design sequence might be more apparent.
