History

Nora Peattie (born 12th August 1895) attended The Glasgow School of Art between 1913 and 1918, studying firstly design, and later drawing and painting including specifically miniature and costume during her final year.

Her home address was given as "Aros", Adelaide Terrace in Dundee so she appeared to reside with households in Glasgow whilst studying, firstly with Miss Fowlie in Princes Street for the 1914-1915 session, followed by Mrs Gilmour of Hill Street in 1916-1917, and finally Mrs Middleton at Westminster Terrace for her final year.
