General documentation of the progress of the projects is held in the Capital Projects record series and /or ROCK DCM's own records. Documentation on the day-to-day issues that required attention, such as vandalism or the future maintenance of the schemes, rest with Glasgow City Council Land Services. However, a series of proposals relating to future initiatives and management mechanisms is recorded. By the time Glasgow 1999 Festival Company wound up its business in 2000, the Graham Square Site (Molendinar Park Housing Association) was still unfinished. Project management of this and all projects until the final account stage, rests with Rock DCM. A collection of black & white photographs relating to Kath Whyte's time at Gray's School of Art which includes: Kath's graduation portraits and photos of her fellow students at her flat.

There is one album which includes photographs of Kath with friends and family on days out, e.g. at a beach and on a picnic, as well as photographs of students painting in a studio and in fancy dress; and one album which includes photographs of Kath's diploma show.

Collection of some of Kath Whyte's student work which includes:

• "The Bamboo Cutter and the Moon Maiden", a manuscript featuring decorative lettering (presumably from Kath's time at Gray's).
• A sketchbook inscribed 'Kathleen Whyte, Gray's School of Art, Aberdeen Oct. 1929' containing portraits, life drawings, and landscapes done in pencil, watercolour and pastel.
• "Betty", a framed and mounted lino-cut; 1930.

A collection of mainly black & white, and some colour, photographs relating to Kath Whyte's time at Glasgow School of Art.

Contains photos of her students' work, including Dip and Post Dip shows, 1951-1965. Many photographs have been annotated and pictured works include those of: Kirsty McFarlane, Doreen Sisson, Nan Cameron, Moira Duncan, Marion Gracie, Margaret Kirkland, Joan Horne, Jack Lindsay, Patricia Miller, Mary Hughes, Julia Murray-Zmijewski and others.

Includes a scrapbook with the inscription, "My DEAR girls...!", which contains black & white, as well as colour, photographs of Kath Whyte and her students; taken mainly in GSA studios.
