Collection includes: Artworks by Colin Wilson including drawings, paintings, prints and graphic design works; artworks by various artists collected by Colin Wilson including prints by Alasdair Gray, Elspeth Lamb and Alan Cox; associated papers and ephemera including notebooks from Wilson's studies at school and at The Glasgow School of Art, exhibition posters and Wilson's Curriculum Vitae; and material related to Peter Blake including magazine articles, correspondence and photographs.

A variety of loose artworks, cover designs, correspondence, ephemera, photographs, diaries and sketchbooks completed by and belonging to Archibald Haswell Miller and Josephine Haswell Miller (nee Cameron). The collections includes proofs for book covers and pamphlets, personal correspondence relating to his studies and subsequent career, different ephemera relating to Haswell Miller's student days and photographs of artworks and students and staff members of The Glasgow School of Art.

This collection also includes material relating to Georges-Marie Baltus (DC 098/2) , including photographs of his artworks and his Italian and European trips, and Francis H. Newbery (DC 098/3).

Variety of materials relating to the design work of former GSA student C A Wallace Shaw, including student work; Pringle of Scotland LTD; Donna Karan International; Braemar International; and Fornton Knitting Company LTD. The collection also includes a number of personal and professional photographs; designs and textiles; and personal papers.

• a selection of Christmas cards and other ephemera collected by Conrad McKenna, a former student and staff member at The Glasgow School of Art, plus typed and handwritten materials used by McKenna to deliver teaching at The Glasgow School of Art
• correspondence between Conrad McKenna and The Glasgow School of Art and members of staff, and correspondence and printed ephemera regarding The San Gimignano Summer School.

The cards and ephemera have been created by former Glasgow School of Art staff and students and friends of Conrad McKenna, including Gordon Huntly, Rosalind Bliss, Michael Moulder, Peter Sumsion, Michael Healey, Mark Severin and James Cosgrove.

The photograph album contains photographs of "The Immortals", including Jessie Keppie, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Herbert MacNair, Frances Macdonald, Margaret Macdonald and others of their circle.

The Moyr Smith sketches are from Moyr Smith's first published book Studies in Pictures. Smith trained in Glasgow, becoming influenced by Alexander Thomson and Daniel Cottier, moving to London in 1864.

Of great importance in this collection is a sketchbook of drawings by Charles Rennie Mackintosh. The sketchbook, dating from the 1890s, consists of 19 drawings of flowers, furniture sketches, and interior sketches of Craigie Hall, Pollokshields, Glasgow.

This collection contains the research materials of Liz Arthur used in writing 'Robert Stewart : Design 1946 - 95'.

It includes:

• copies of press cuttings and ephemera relating to Robert Stewart
• correspondence and notes relating to the book and associated exhibition held at Glasgow School of Art in 2003
• photographs, strip negatives and slide negatives of Robert Stewart's works

This poster advertised the Interior Design course offered at The Glasgow School Of Art. The poster details the structure of the course and the vocational opportunities that could be gained with a degree in Interior Design. The poster also stipulates the entry requirements for the course. These were a minimum of 5 SCE passes or 3 at Higher grade, or 5 GCE passes, 2 at A level. It was mandatory that two of the subjects passed were Art and English.

Collection of posters relating to events at The Glasgow School of Art, such as exhibitions, fashion shows, lectures, Activities Week events, or events relating to work by GSA student, staff and alumni. Many of the posters for GSA events were designed and printed in-house by students and members of staff. This poster is for a Charles Rennie Mackintosh exhibition at the Glasgow School of Art, which ran from 1st July to 30 September 1988. The poster has a black and white design with orange font. It uses a geometric pattern which mimicks a Charles Rennie Mackintosh chair design.
