Aerial Perspective from East

The drawing depicts a perspective of a block of flats viewed from the east. The drawing does not refer to a location or date, but is labelled "PD", possibly referring to a Planning Department. The drawing may be by Sam Bunton & Associates, who were involved with the Clydebank Town Planning Department. Kenneth Murray Fraser may have been involved in the project or drawing as an assistant at Sam Bunton & Associates.

Armchair cover

Rectangular yellow armchair cover. Thought to be by Ann Macbeth. This item was damaged in the fire in GSA's Mackintosh Building on 23rd May 2014. Textile conservation was completed in 2019.

Artist's easel

Traditional artist's easel. According to donor, the artist's wife Mrs Nina Herman, the easel was borrowed by her husband from GSA c1950. This had been made possible by Joan Eardley. The easel never returned. On the death of Josef Herman, his widow began clearing out his studio. The drawing (NMC/633) was gifted to GSA as a thank you for the 50 year loan of the easel.

Long multi-coloured banner. Wefts and warps in shades of purple, orange, pink, green, yellow, grey and brown form an abstract design of gradated colours on a cream-coloured background. The warps have been left long in the lower edge and turned into a fringe.
