Details of an incorporation prize of a competition for students. The task is to design a seamen's institute in a busy east of Scotland port. The document consists of four pages stapled together although they are stapled in the wrong order. Harvey's name is written in pen at the top of page 16.

Elizabeth Marion Harvey's 1948 building technicians diary

Elizabeth M. Harvey's Building Technicians Diary from 1948, created by the Glasgow School of Architecture Club. The first half of the diary contains various general information, such as the standard measurements for various architectural structures and materials, a directory of professional bodies and a map of the UK. The second half of the diary is a standard diary format from January to December 1948. Some diary pages contain notes written by Harvey regarding appointments or tasks for her to complete, others have numbers which appear to be records of spending. The back of the diary has a list of telephone exchange numbers for various people, some drawings and sketches and some notes written by the author. In the back outer cover, a small cut of a newspaper ad for a job at Butlins has been tucked into the material.
