Archibald Haswell Miller's sketchbook, dated 1903-05. His address is listed on the first page as Mansfield Lodge, Partickhill, Glasgow. He also notes on this page that this was the type of book used by all Glasgow School of Art Students when he attended in 1903, and that he has used the same type of book for 60 years. This book mostly contains sketches (some in colour) of the various army uniforms of different countries. There is an envelope stuck to the back page which has some letters and notes inside it which are removable.

The sketchbook contains various drawings, paintings and designs. Some of which are of places in England (Aylesbury) and in Italy. Stuck on the back page is an advertisement for coloured paint. Inside the book there is a photograph stuck to one of the pages of Abingdon Town Hall and Statue.
