A sketchbook with 29 loose leaf sketches and second year exam papers. The name Antony J H Miles, Sect. 4, Second Year 1950, are all recorded on a cream label attached to the grey card cover above an unfinished sketch of the head of a man wearing glasses.

Oil portrait, quarter length, of John Murdoch, a Master at Glasgow School of Art from 1848 until his death in 1854. Sitter is clean shaven, wearing a black bow tie and white winged collar shirt and dark jacket against a dark background. No visible signature of artist or identifying label on frame; donor believes that it may be a self portrait.
This item was lost in the fire in The Mackintosh Building at The Glasgow School of Art on 23rd May 2014. Study of wildlife, deer, partridge and birds of prey painted on sculpted card, attached to blue sculpted mount.
