Ephemera also includes a collection of postcards from c1900 to the present, as well as material relating to: Glasgow School of Art's involvement with the international exhibition scene; records of the Woman's Work Exhibition, London, 1900; records of the Glasgow School of Art participation in the Glasgow International Exhibition, 1901; the Exhibition of Modern Furniture, Budapest, 1902; the Brussels Exhibition, 1910; and papers documenting the organisation of the Scottish Pavilion at the Exhibition of Decorative Arts, Turin, 1902. Architectural prints

Includes two copies of architectural sketches for an early English doorway, entrance to Chapter House, Glasgow Cathedral. Sketch is dated 28 January 1903, supplement to The Builder's Journal and Architectural Record, measured and drawn by Charles Forsyth. Also includes collection of architectural lithograph prints, sketches, and watercolours of various locations including Paris, Rome, Cairo, and throughout the UK, some by E. Hildebrandt. Two have a stamp on corner of work, "Department of Science and Art, Specimen presented to schools". Also includes coloured prints of various rooms in the Great Kremlin Palace in Moscow, Russia. Views include halls, courtyard, indoor garden, holy vestibule, throne room. Labelled in Russian and French, some include English labels written in pencil. The majority of these records relate to the construction of the Mackintosh Building: the premises of the Glasgow School of Art on Renfrew Street. The erection of the Mackintosh building is well documented, and the records cover all aspects of the creation of the building from early financial records from 1883 to receipts for fittings in 1912.
