History

Garnet R. Buchanan (born 28/01/1902) attended the Glasgow School of Art between 1918 and 1919. He was working as an Apprentice Draughtsman, and took one evening class a week at the GSA. It is not recorded in the register what classes Garnet attended, however, considering the nature of his apprenticeship, it could have been in the Architecture Department. Garnet lived in Carmyle, in the East of Glasgow.
